Presentation Folders
Make a Lasting Impression
Presentation Folders are most frequently used for sales presentations, business meetings, conferences, seminars, tradeshows, and other situations where a packet of information is shared with clients or other important stakeholders. The purpose of a presentation folder is to offer a way to distribute a collection of documents that is both convenient and impressive.
Because a presentation folder is most often used when sharing literature, proposals, contracts, or sales kits with prospective clients, the folder must make a positive impression. This is why presentation folders should be designed with stylish features and quality construction.
Color Vision offers various sizes and configurations to choose from, but the most popular and economical size for a presentation folder is 9" x 12". This size holds documents with dimensions of 8.5" x 11" or smaller.
Also, presentation folders are often referred to as Pocket Folders because the majority of them are fabricated with interior pockets. The pockets can either run horizontally or vertically and can be placed on both sides or just one side.
Die-cut enhancements like contoured pockets, rounded corners, or business card slits care are also available options. In addition, folders can be made with reinforced edges, bound interior pages, or an expandable spine.
The cardstock used to create the folder could be smooth or textured, white or colored, stiff or flexible. In addition, logos, designs, and text can be applied via traditional printing, spot UV, embossing, or foil-stamping. The bottom line is that the features of the presentation folder are entirely up to you.
